Hello, I am Ms. Donna, and Welcome to The American Royal Spirit Pageants website! I am happy you have found us.

 

Let me introduce myself. 

 

First and foremost, my wonderful husband is Chris. Mr. Chris as we call him - helps with all our setups and is our shofar in all the parades and different events. We have been married 38 years and have one impressive daughter Abigail Baseley. Ms. Abbi is also ARSP Gold Sash Director. I am the full-time Administrative Assistant and Utility Billing Clerk for the Village of Wauconda, Wauconda Illinois. Aside from embracing community service work with ARSP/NISP and owning my own business, “Confident You.” I like to empower women, one woman at a time through American Royal Spirit Pageants, SewSpecial Designs “Seamstress Extraordinaire” and, Paparazzi Accessories. 

 

My passion for community service has enabled me to become incredibly successful in the American Royal Spirit Pageants and Northern Illinois Scholarship Program. I have held the titles of Community Ambassador, Royal Spirit Queen, Royal Ambassador Supreme, Scholarship Queen, Lifetime Queen, and Director Queen. I am currently the proud owner/director of ARSP/NISP.

I love mentoring girls and guiding them to become the best person they can and should be. I am dead set against bullying and believe that every girl should be her own person. In our organization, we help girls/ladies achieve self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-respect.
